  This dental office is awful! I don't have anything bad to say about the Dr. but his wife is the office manager and she is another story. She is a crook! I wish that I can explain exactly how much of a crook but I lack the knowledge of dental insurance jargon.
  Here is the nitty gritty: if you are not well versed on dental insurance, the office manager will exploit your ignorance.
  I found this dental office and spoke to the office manager and PICKED MY INSURANCE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE DENTAL OFFICE. She told me that under the insurance plans my husband's work offered that I would be covered for the crown I needed.
  Long story short their office doesn't even offer the crown that the insurance covered and she billed me for a WAY more expensive option. I had no idea!! This happened more than once and I finally figured out what had been happening with her billing practices when I got on the phone with the insurance broker.
  I believed I had done good enough homework while trying to pick insurances. I called around made the best decision I could. The insurance broker felt badly for our situation got on the phone with the dental office. Sarah (dental office manager) could not explain why she had done what she did, raised her voice to the woman, and insisted she had done nothing wrong.
